White Oak for countertops is best described as an exceptionally hard, durable, and water-resistant hardwood featuring a calm, warm-neutral tone and a straight, tight grain. Color is light tan, pale yellow-brown with subtle gray or olive undertones. White Oak Deepens slowly into a richer, warm golden-brown patina over time. Creamy white to pale yellow sapwood, usually distinct from the darker heartwood unless blended. Grain patterns mostly straight and regular with a medium to course texture.
